An evergreen vine that is known for its heart-shaped fleshy leaves.
It originates from the south of Africa.
String of hearts, like most fleshy leaf plants, does not require much water. In winter, it is enough to water it every 2 to 3 weeks and in summer every 10 days. It is recommended to pot it into cactus soil. It likes spots with bright light but without direct sunlight. A larger distance between the vines may indicate a lack of light. It is easily propagated by cuttings, which means that the vine can be cut off and put in water until it develops roots, and then transplanted into a pot with cactus soil.
It is non-toxic to children and pets.
